i’ve stayed in the hotel long back and liked it better... but after they made some changes this is the first time i went to have a meet with friends.... the glow in the dark galaxy bar was to the next level for salem .... i liked the food there and the hospitality provided ...special mentions to mr.dhanasekar for his hospitality...

We stayed there more than a week in room number 218 & 106 the rooms are good, quite spacious, front office staffs are good, house keeping done a great job except the F&B service. Kindly improve it for your growth both room service and restaurant should have a care. Because no trained staffs for service but their attitude and behaviours are good. We enjoyed all the services great time to spend and a peaceful stay, no unnecessary disturbances from the staffs. Will be back soon, had a wonderful stay. Thanks to the staffs and the management

Whenever I come to Salem LRN is the place which I regularly stay. Below are the reasons 1. Good name and reputation in the town 2.friendly staff and always helping 3. Excellent parking 4. Ease of access 5. Maintenence is good 6. Food also OK Old hotel no renovation done recently .

The reception staff are very friendly. It is easy to get a room in this hotel even during peak periods (like auspicious days, weekends, etc.). This is because the staff somehow ensure that you get your reservation confirmed. Since the property is located slightly away from main road, the ambiance is very calm. Rooms are always kept clean, so are the common areas like reception, lawn, etc. It has covered car parking, so your car stays away from harsh weather. The highlight of this hotel is the family room which is located exactly opposite to reception. This makes easy for elderly people to easily walk to the room. All in all, you get the convenience of hotel of a higher star but at a lower price.

Very spacious rooms. Lovely break fast. Free pick up and drop was amsurprise. Very quit ambience. Nice evening restraunt and super cool bar . Ample car parking facility. Staff need a little training but all good. Very tasty food.
